Thank you for choosing me for your tattoo! To ensure a smooth experience for the both of us, we ask that you carefully review and agree to the following policies. 1. Deposit Requirement:A non-refundable deposit is required to lock in your tattoo appointment. This deposit will be credited toward the final cost of your tattoo at the time of your session.No deposit = no appointment. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. 2. Rescheduling Policy:You are allowed one (1) reschedule with your deposit, provided you notify us at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. Please reschedule with in 3 months of said date. If you fail to do so your deposit will be forfited.If you need to reschedule after your first reschedule, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to secure a new appointment.Failure to provide at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule will result in your deposit being forfeited, and you will need to pay a new deposit to book a future appointment.

3. Late Arrivals:If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. Late arrivals may conflict with other scheduled appointments for the day, and we want to ensure we respect everyone’s time.If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment and your deposit will be forfeited. 4. Appointment Preparation:Please notify us when you are about 30 minutes away from the shop, so I can begin preparing for your session.If you have any allergies to latex, nitrile, or any other materials, please inform us in advance to ensure your safety and comfort during the tattoo process.

5. Underage Policy:No one under the age of 18 is permitted in the shop during your appointment, in compliance with studio policy and local regulations. Please ensure you have made arrangements for any minors before your visit.By confirming your appointment, you agree to abide by these policies.
